This antique hardback autobiography (published after the dancer's death) is a limited presentation edition (118 of 650) copy with a facsimile signature on the front flysheet. It is illustrated throughout with black and white photos.
It is in acceptable-fair condition:
- the cover has wear and rubbing, the veneer has split on the spine and rubbed corners; the title label on the spine has rubbed off in places
- inside the front flysheet has a name from 1989 on the top corner
- there is a split at the spine on the front flysheet making the front hinge loose but fully attached
- the pages are unevenly bound leading to some slightly tatty edges, including ruffling, tiny tears and creases
