This antique hardback is illustrated throughout with black and white reproductions of brasses.
It is an acceptable reading copy:
- the cover has wear and rubbing and a mark on the spine/front
- the inside front cover and front flysheet have a bookplate and names and dates
- the front flysheet also has holes by the spine
- there is some foxing throughout
- there are a couple of ink notations in the margin that don't affect the text
- the back flysheet has some notes
- the back pastedown has split and the cover is loose but intact
