The Country Lover's Companion, published by Odham's Press, London. Hardback, 384 pages

This vintage hardback is undated but is probably from the mid-20th century (1930-50s). It is beautifully illustrated throughout with black and white and colour photos, and includes old customs, pastimes and occupations.

It is in good condition - the original dust-jacket has a large diagonal crease across the front. There are also some small creases along the edges. The spine cover has some small tears at the bottom. The front flap has been clipped.
Inside there is no writing, tearing, creasing or dog-earing.
