Fairly good condition - Two bookplates on the inside front cover. There is foxing, especially at the beginning. Pages unevenly bound leading to some tatty edges and a few small dog-ears.
No writing, tearing or creasing.

Fairly good - two bookplates on inside front cover; some foxing mainly at the beginning. Fold-out map has a small tear where it attaches to the page and a small dog-ear.
